Remodeling projects present the most difficult challenge to builders. Aside from the technical aspects of getting the old to communicate with the new, there is also a challenge in tying an older home aesthetically to a new concept. Skill levels are challenged but most importantly a keen eye for detail is critical. Other challenges often arise such as isolating a sometimes overwhelming construction site with co-existing living space.
